Vision

To become the foremost public institution in Mexico for designing standards, providing training, conducting evaluations, and offering certifications for labor competencies, thus contributing to the development of human capital in the country.

Certifications

  1. Competency Standard EC 1334: Application of Review, Verification, and Follow-up Controls for Compliance with Regulations in Municipal Public Administration.
    – Verifying the financial statements of municipal public administration in accordance with the General Law of Governmental Accounting and relevant directives. Incorporating theoretical training materials to enhance proficiency in regulatory compliance processes within municipal public administration.
  2. Competency Standard EC1357: Ensuring Regulatory Compliance with Labor Conditions and Productive Sector Relations under the T-MEC.
    – Develops the content of Element Four titled “Informing the company of possible regulatory sanctions in case of non-compliance with the collective bargaining agreement established in the T-MEC.
    – Identifies potential sanctions in case of non-compliance with the collective bargaining agreement, aligning with the provisions of the Trade Agreement between Mexico, the United States, and Canada (T-MEC).
  3. Competency Standard EC1358: Innovation and Service Enhancement in the Tourism Sector.
    – Recognizes the characteristics, habits, and interests of tourists, identifies service improvement opportunities, integrates elements of the tourism offer, and implements strategies to enhance the development and infrastructure of the tourism sector.
  4. Competency Standard EC217.1 focuses on delivering human capital training courses in a group setting through face-to-face interactions.
    Considers the essential functions of preparing, conducting, and evaluating training courses. It prepares each session by planning and verifying the availability and functionality of the required resources.
