Entrepreneurship takes him to Harvard

Rolando Zarek Martínez Treviño was one of the 100 selected in the world, and the only Mexican, accepted into the academic program offered by Harvard University.

Where there is a will, there is a way. Rolando Zarek Martínez Treviño knows this well. He is a student of International Business at the School of Public Accounting and Administration (FACPYA), who has won a scholarship to attend an academic program at Harvard.

Rolando Zarek was one of the 100 students that Harvard chose among more than four thousand applicants from 135 countries around the world to attend the Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program (CELP).

Created in 2017, this program was designed to support young people who are the first in their family to study at the university and have projects or ventures in support of the society where they live.

Rolando says that if he could make a recommendation to other students, it would be to “take advantage of your free time” by studying, training, and learning. They will all be tools for their professional life and, above all, if they are looking to undertake a project like him.
