I am pleased to welcome you to Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, an institution founded in 1933 and known for its excellence in higher education, by training humanistic and scientific professionals who contribute to finding solutions to social problems and bringing change and innovation to the northeastern region of Mexico.<\/p>\n

Today, more than 220 thousand students wish to complete their professional goals through one of the 406 programs offered at high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate stages. Our programs are available to our students through 29 high schools and 26 colleges across 30 municipalities in Nuevo Leon.<\/p>\n

It is worth mentioning that one hundred percent of bachelor programs are ranked level 1 in \u201cPadr\u00f3n de Calidad del Sistema Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n Media Superior\u201d (Quality Standard of the National System of Upper Secondary Education).<\/p>\n

Similarly, at the high school level, every program attains Level 1 of the Good Quality Standard. Moving on to the undergraduate level, 22 of our academic programs undergo evaluation and accreditation by the Interinstitutional Committees for the Evaluation of Higher Education, while 67 receive accreditation from the Council for the Accreditation of Higher Education. Moreover, at the graduate level, a remarkable total of 117 master’s, doctoral, and specialization programs adhere to Conacyt’s National Graduate Quality Program Standard.<\/p>\n

Our raison d’\u00eatre is our students. We are dedicated to providing them with a well-rounded education that takes into account the regional, national, and global context. This education is built on a strong foundation of principles and values, emphasizing our commitment to sustainable, scientific, technological, and cultural development. Our ultimate goal is to empower our students to emerge as proficient, competitive, innovative, and socially responsible professionals.<\/p>\n
